Nestled among rolling hills and enchanting landscapes, our holiday home is the perfect retreat to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life, while keeping the beach and city within easy reach. The house is situated on a hilltop at the end of a quiet gravel road, on a 1.2-hectare plot of land. In addition to privacy, it offers panoramic views of the sea, the valley, and the Sibillini Mountains. Surrounded by numerous trees, the villa enjoys a secluded setting. Encircled by nature, vineyards, olive groves, and centuries-old medieval villages, the property serves as an ideal base to explore the beauty of Le Marche. From stunning beaches and hiking trails to renowned culinary and wine routes, there’s something for everyone.
It is all about location
The villa is south-facing, located approximately 6 km from the beach (a 5–10 minute drive by car) with no parking issues. The location offers panoramic views of the sea, the valley, and the Sibillini Mountains. Just 2.6 km away lies the picturesque village of Potenza Picena, where you’ll find shops and restaurants. A small supermarket is within walking distance (2 km). The large coastal town of Civitanova is 12 km away, offering beach clubs, markets, outlets, lovely shops, and numerous restaurants. The beautiful beaches of Porto Recanati are 13 km away, and the Conero area is just 25 km. For a cultural outing, the charming towns of Loreto, Macerata, Recanati, and Morrovalle are highly recommended, all within a maximum radius of 20 km.

Around the villa is a lovely covered terrace with a lounge sofa and a large dining table. Additionally, there is a barbecue, and a pizza oven.The garden is terraced, and the infinity pool is accessible via a staircase leading down from the villa. The pool is fenced. The villa comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable stay for everyone. Upon request, we provide high chairs and travel cribs for children, making your family’s stay convenient and hassle-free.
